Terms and Conditions

Membership in Promotional Funding Partners LLC (“PFP”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates is only available to persons over the age of 18. Membership and benefits cannot be used by anyone apart from the individual Members.

The Member consents to and accepts registration and processing of personal information by PFP in accordance with prevailing legislation and these Membership terms and conditions. Member agrees to provide complete and accurate information to PFP in order to process all personal information. This information, as well as Membership purchase and program participation information, may be used by PFP and at PFP’s sole discretion to market and promote other PFP programs to our Members. A Member’s postal address, e-mail address, and mobile number may be used to send out information and offers within the framework of prevailing United States laws and regulations.

A Membership id, password, and or code will be issued as proof of membership.

It is the Member’s responsibility to pay all applicable taxes and fees resulting from income/earnings from any programs PFP offers. PFP disclaims all responsibility for taxes or liability to pay taxes which are incumbent on the Member in this regard.

PFP reserves the right to wind-up or eliminate any PFP program with a six-month notice period to Members. Any such notice will be sent by e-mail and or there will be a notice on the PFP Website.

Should any programs PFP offers be discontinued due to conditions pertaining to a legislation, a court decision or a prohibition by a state’s public authorities, PFP will not be responsible for any losses to the individual Member which may ensue from this winding-up. PFP, within reason, will attempt to inform the individual Member quickly if circumstances described under this point should arise. The above does not apply in the case of a Member discontinuing membership in a program. Cancellation must be in writing and sent to PFP via support@promofundingpartners.com and follow cancelation time frame per agreement.


Cancellation of Membership means that you will no longer be a Member of the Community. All member emails and passwords will be deactivated, information related to PFP’s business practices shall be kept confidential for a term of 5 years from the termination of your Membership, and any and all offers, documents, and other materials shall be destroyed or returned to PFP.

PFP is free to unilaterally change the Membership terms and conditions without giving further notice to the individual Member. Such changes will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect. PFP will publish changes to the terms and conditions on its website and or policies and procedures page. However, Members are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.

The Membership terms and conditions published on the Promotional Funding Partners website is to be considered the applicable Membership terms and conditions for PFP.

Membership is in default if dues are received more than 30 days late. Once in default, the person must join again, and Membership starts over at day one. Membership dues are non-refundable.

Termination:

In the event of misuse of a Membership, PFP reserves the right to exclude the Member(s) in question from the program. Such misuse may include, but is not limited to, behavior which is troublesome or shows a lack of respect towards the staff, partners or executives, criminal actions or actions which are generally perceived to be immoral, unethical or contrary to these Membership terms and conditions.

We also may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All parts of the Terms and which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
